Submit an abstract for a poster

Here are some details about the DNA topology poster session:

  1. Poster session and reception will be held on Thursday April 23rd from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in the Fisher Banquet Room East, Rutter Community Center, UCSF Mission Bay campus
  2. The set-up time will be at 5 PM on the day of the event. The width of the posters should be no greater than 4ft. Posters need to be taken down at the end of the session.
  3. Those presenters that are already scheduled to talk on the Sunday afternoon session are still expected to present their poster on Thursday.
    Important notice: Each talk will be 10 minutes long + 5 minutes for questions.
  4. Please note that the talks have been allocated 30 minute slots by the AMS. We had to do this in order to get the Sunday afternoon session assigned to us. Four more posters will be selected for short talks at the meeting.
  5. The two best posters will be awarded a travel scholarship for the 2009 SACNAS National Conference
